Tom is a Senior Adviser at Peregrine Communications, bringing over 20 years of experience in international strategic communications, reputation management, and crisis advisory. He is the Founder of Foxmore, a specialist reputation management consultancy that advises leaders and organisations navigating complex reputational risks across financial, political, and corporate landscapes.
Tom began his career as an officer in the British Army’s Coldstream Guards, where he developed a deep grounding in leadership, operational strategy, and crisis response. He later became a Partner at Bell Pottinger, leading integrated campaigns for high-profile clients and advising on some of the most sensitive and high-stakes reputation challenges globally.
In his role at Peregrine, Tom supports clients in managing reputation risk, enhancing resilience, and crafting strategic narratives that resonate across diverse stakeholder groups. He works closely with boards, executives, and communications teams to deliver advice that aligns with both short-term priorities and long-term brand value.
Based in London, Tom remains a trusted adviser to business leaders, investors, and family offices, and regularly collaborates with legal and financial professionals on reputation-led matters, including litigation, activist defence, and governance reform.
