The award recognises Peregrine’s expertise and skill in handling media communications for its hedge fund clients. HFMWeek honours those companies that have outperformed their peer group over the course of 2013, and are judged both quantitatively and qualitatively. > “We are now the only firm focused on asset management with an integrated approach and processes with the appropriate team make up and skill sets to implement messaging/content, design and branding as well as digital and traditional media relations.” [Anthony Payne](https://peregrinecommunications.com/about/team/new-york/anthony-payne/), Founder and Group CEO of Peregrine Communications, said: *“Being selected as the best communications firm for hedge funds for the sixth consecutive year is great recognition for the powerful team and capability we have been able to develop and put to work for our clients. But we are not resting on our laurels, we continue to build capability and hire outstanding talent. Most significantly we can now offer clients on the ground capability in New York. We are now the only firm focused on asset management with an integrated approach and processes with the appropriate team make up and skill sets to implement messaging/content, design and branding as well as digital and traditional media relations. Our objective is to ensure we have as much measurement as possible, using as much technology as possible, to create a controlled profile for our clients and clearly communicate their differentiated capabilities through thought leadership. If you’re trying to create a brand in the hedge fund industry, it has to be done through thought leadership.”* - - - - - [mailto:?subject=Check%20out%20https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/news/peregrine-wins-at-hfmweek-awards-for-the-sixth-year&utm_medium=social&utm_source=email%20&body=Check%20out%20https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/news/peregrine-wins-at-hfmweek-awards-for-the-sixth-year&utm_medium=social&utm_source=email](mailto:?subject=Check%20out%20https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/news/peregrine-wins-at-hfmweek-awards-for-the-sixth-year&utm_medium=social&utm_source=email%20&body=Check%20out%20https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/news/peregrine-wins-at-hfmweek-awards-for-the-sixth-year&utm_medium=social&utm_source=email) #### [Previous Peregrine Four Times Winner At The Hedge Fund Journal Awards 2014](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/news/peregrine-four-times-winner-at-the-hedge-fund-journal-awards-2014) #### [Next Peregrine Communications – Best European Public Relations Firm](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/news/peregrine-communications-best-european-public-relations-firm) ### Similar Content [![Peregrine Communications Logo](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/hubfs/site/img/peregrine-communications-logo.svg)](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com) ### [Peregrine London](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/contact) +44 20 3178 6868 19-20 Great Sutton St London EC1V 0DR [ Google Maps >](https://goo.gl/maps/m3fePHEmAwu) ### [Peregrine New York](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/contact) +1 917 970 8842 The Chrysler Building New York NY 10174 [ Google Maps >](https://maps.app.goo.gl/EsyoGL34ZQCm6Vmw8) ### [Peregrine Los Angeles](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/contact) +1 347 860 8194 3400 Riverside Drive Burbank, 91505 [ Google Maps >](https://maps.app.goo.gl/EvpsisYazURcqZAn9) #### Connect with us - - - - - Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the [Privacy Policies](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/privacy-policies), [Terms and Conditions](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/terms-and-conditions) and [Cookies Policy](https://www.peregrinecommunications.com/cookies-policy). © 2026 Peregrine Communications.
